I waited 15 minutes for half done chicken, overcooked, unseasoned rice, and an incorrect side. And then another 7 minutes for my imitation peach cobbler which was some peach preserves poured over half of a burned biscuit. I was one of 2 customers inside the facility.

The last few times I've been by they are out of everything the lady said they were waiting on a truck the next time I stopped by it was the same thing and the service was very slow on top of that at the rust Burg store.

The Bojangles in Smyrna TN store number *******. Order # ******* No customers at all when I walked in to give my order. I ordered 12 family meal and 3 side and a Fish sandwich. Diane I guess can not count to 6. They shorted me 2 biscuits. The 4 biscuits we received were nearly white on top not browned at all and doughy. The Cole Slaw was half full and I paid a total of 46.62 for this garbage. Never again. Called and called and no one would answer the phone. You know the way you don't answer the phone. I want a refund. How the hell do you mess up such a simple order. They didn't have a single customer at drive thru or inside. Popeyes here we come. Bojangles chased us to you!

Bojangles has the best breakfast biscuits, hands down. I could eat their food every day, and be just fine... and have. The location near Bayboro, NC is the only exception I've found. I won't eat at that one again, unless they make some significant improvements.

The biscuit was cold and old! The steak was left over from hours ago. Dry tasteless greasy! The employee would have rather been anywhere but there.

Recently I visited the restaurant in Rollesville North Carolina and use the drive-thru to order a two-piece chicken dinner. The biscuit was dry and hard and crusty and the leg was fairly good but the thigh was overcooked and also dry and crusty. Seems like every time I go to this location the quality goes down even more. Won't be back to this one.

So I had Bojangles and horrible stomach problems. I brought this up to the regional manager. He didn't care

Order a family meal online and when I arrived it was not ready despite the 30 minute window between me ordering and picking up the order. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Store employees did not acknowledge my presence and the store was completely empty as was the drive thru area. The order was missing several items order including and additional item ordered separately from he family meal. The green beans were over salty and inedible. However the chicken was and biscuit were good. I would not return to this location ever again.

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you go to the Bojangles store #831 in Concord NC and the manager James Caudle is working then you are in very good hands,He went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when i visited his resturant, I had went thru the Drive-thru and ordered 4 Chicken sandwhiches and some more stuff but when i got home i had 4 chicken biscuits not sandwhiches,Now Iam not 100% sure i didnt say
Biscuits instead of sandwhich So i call the store and talked to the manager James he was very apologetic and told me if i would come back he would replace my entire order,now most resturants want you to bring your order back and most dont even believe you but not James, he offered to replace my entire order with no questions asked! Now thats Customer Service! Good job Bojangles for having someone like James Caudle representing your company..

Disappointed that Bojangles no longer serves home style tenders. Everyone doesn't want or can't eat spicy chicken. No longer a customer. If you want regular tenders try Spinx they taste good bigger and not overcooked.

Well she did call me back in a timely manner but Shannon the area manager was as dry as all of my food order today 5/26/23.Tea had a slimy taste along with the overcooked food. I did ask the window clerk for another fry but it was from the same overcooked batch. So i drove away to get to work on time then called the number on receipt. This is where Shannon comes into play. After speaking with her, I asked Ms Shannon why she was being so dry and seemingly annoyed with me, her response was "Im not answering your questions, i do the asking.Almost her exact words if i remember correctly, wonder if conversation was recorded?! Then its like she cut her headset off bc i kept saying hello, then phone goes dead. I called back to see what the remedy was, still didnt get a clear answer other than i could only get a do over in her begrudging tone. Was left wondering how and when.It'll be so much fun returning for a do over after my name is added to the complaint book since she said i can only get a do over at the same store.The food was bad but customer service from the area director was way worse! Very unprofessional for a manager. Review ratings are most accurate.Also i dont have almost $10 to waste!

I had really bad service at a drive thru multiple times. Called the District manager. Said he would send me coupons and nothing.

I am writing about your Bojangles location at 3727 Branch Avenue Hillcrest Heights, MD. I was at this location this morning Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at 7:25 am. There were several cars ahead of me to place an order for breakfast. We waited for over 15 minutes, and nobody was available to take our orders. Therefore, your customers started to drive away. As I passed the drive-thru window I noticed nobody was in site working. Are your hours of operations not 7:00 am - 10:00 pm? Yes, I checked the website. I had another stop to make so I ran my errand and came back to Bojangles around 8:05 am and once again waited in the line and nobody was taking order. This is not the only time that I have gone to the Branch Avenue location and Bojangles is NOT opened for business. The few times I have gone this year the restaurant is NOT serving customers or there are people working in the restaurant, during business hours, but are NOT taking orders. This 3727 Branch Avenue Hillcrest Heights, MD Bojangles location is costing your business a LARGE loss of revenue.

Hi Bojangles lovers as the manager of Bojangles I just want to tell all of you guys that there is a secret menu that you can order from right now will be sure to to cough in your chicken for extra flavor no but seriously we have a worker named Betty and she has a cold and she doesn't wear a mask or gloves and she makes the chicken so if you don't want chicken that is contaminated I suggest you tell the the people at front that you don't want her to make your chicken oh yeah Betty and you're fired that's for calling my kids $#*!es have fun in hell $#*! and for any other Bojangles do not hire this woman here's a picture of her

It would not let me put zero stars or that's what u would of out. Fultondale Bojangles stated they were closed at 2 Pm for the day. I could not even get a door dash order which was bad because that's how I make my money. I passed by their store again around 5 that same night and their lights were on like they were open.
