I ordered the 1/4inch size and I should have gotten 3/8 it's so tiny, I had to bend it and it barley comes to the bottom of my nostril. I like that it's pure gold though because it doesn't turn green and doesn't make my nose sore. I should have just ordered a larger one.

It's smaller in diameter than I thought but still does the damn thang, ok! Listen it's cute and all gold so I can keep it in. Fits perfectly and easy to install. I wish the ball stopper at the end was bigger but hey that's the only negative thing I can say. Doesn't fall out or twist too much so this purchase is a win for me. Go get you one, today!
