Not worth it
I lost the gem and now I cannot use it. Too small to really use in my opinion.

Cannot wear because the diamond piece will not attach once the ring is in. Even with the tool.

I love this nose ring, however, I have spent countless minutes just trying to get the tool to grab the gem because it's too tiny and keeps dropping over and over again. The gem needs to be bigger so that it's easier to grab. It's too frustrating getting it in or else I'd wear it more often.

Not happy about the nose hoop didn't have it maybe a month and it fell apart!

This is exactly what you get! The picture is exactly what you're getting however I do advise to get the lil tool thingy to put it on. If my friend wasn't there I don't think I would've been able to get the nose ring on due to the fact that I have nails. Otherwise it shines super pretty and looks exactly like the photo!

I do like it. However, I didn't realize you needed to buy a special tool from them to screw the bottom gem on. Also, I kind of wish the bottom gem was angled differently so it was a little more visible. Overall good.
