The ball on either side can be screwed off of the bar which makes for easy switching in and out. Really comfortable to wear.

The balls are a cheaper plastic, mine broke the first time using it. Hoop is coated metal though. It's cute, but either carry extra balls or use metal ones.

Its quality, hair color turned it purple, but I was able to turn it bright white again with bleach, and the white paint is undamaged
