Bluehost

My experience with Bluehost was extremely disappointing. I paid $78 and, despite that, never ended up with a functioning website. After the initial payment, I was repeatedly told I needed to spend additional money to move forward. When I requested a refund—especially since I had not used their services—I was informed that refunds were not available. As a result, I lost $78 without receiving anything in return. Ultimately, I switched to WordPress, where the process was far more straightforward and transparent. WordPress has been a much better experience overall, and I wish I had chosen them from the beginning.

I paid for a professional website design service with the understanding that a completed website would be delivered according to the specifications discussed. Despite multiple attempts to work with the design team, the contracted service was never delivered. Because the service paid for was not rendered, I requested a refund from Bluehost. That request was refused.

Bluehost is a scam. We signed a contract, and they changed the terms in the middle of it, now asking for extra money just to maintain the conditions we originally had. We had a service with JustHost that included unlimited server storage. When they migrated us to Bluehost, they limited it to 100GB, and now, just six months later, they reduced it to 50GB. They are asking for more money to get back to 100GB. They are not trustworthy. This feels like a scheme to extort money from customers.

As many people have said so all over the Internet, Bluehost is very expensive. It wasn't worth keeping my website for such an outrageous price, so I have canceled it. I have looked into others and talked with someone, and found that Hostinger is far cheaper. On the early Black Friday sale, I bought 48 months of Hostinger FOR LESS THAN 12 MONTHS of Bluehost! Additionally, Hostinger is so fast and reliable that I have been getting more views to my website than when I was with Bluehost.
