Shady AF. I don't normally leave reviews. But this company, due to their dodgy paywall and subscription service trap have driven me to s**t canning them here. And I'm going to spend an hour doing it on other review sites too.
A deceitful company, as is evident by the sheer amount of bad reviews, which they have consistently denied in their responses to complaints on Trustpulot & directly to me via several emails! They paint themselves as whiter than white & actually believe they're open & transparent on every level! They're delusional! I however, had no access to a phone number from the website, & when I put in a request for refund via their website, 2 days later Arlyn responded, I do believe Arlyn is a robot or AI tbh! How could so many fall for their tricks if they were up front about pricing & subscription traps? They promptly refunded a maximum of 6 of my 14 underhanded £24.95 subscription payment deductions, in line with their company policy, so reports will go to FTC & BBB in the US, which is the best I can do here in UK. They really need clamping down on. Evidence of their bad practices is all over the internet, so it's up to us all to report it to FTC & BBB & use all of the evidence as backup!

I took a test and paid $1.95 for the test result. In other words, I did not sign up any services from them. I just noticed that I was charged for a monthly subscription from Blossomup.co. Scam!
If you value your money and your time, don't go near BlossomUp. The reviews that say otherwise are probably fake or paid.

The reviews hyping BlossomUp misled me completely. My experience was frustrating—the test results were generic, and I got hit with a surprise subscription.
The site said the quiz was free, but after finishing, I had to pay to get my full results. I thought it was just $1.95 once, but turns out it was a 7‑day trial for a $29.95 subscription. That wasn't clear at all. I tried to cancel, but it wasn't easy, and their support didn't answer. Not a good experience.
The questions were fine, but the results didn't seem personalised or insightful at all. Definitely not worth $30 a month. And the way they introduce the subscription feels misleading. I cancelled and won't be back.

Blossom Up presented as an innocent "quiz" to be taken online but deceptively charged me $29 on a subscription! This is a horrible and dishonest practice. When you call their number it's constantly busy because of course they don't want to speak with pissed off customers! I would rate my experience less than -1 if there was an option to do so! They don't offer an option to refund your money but grant "access" to all their "services" through the cancellation period as if that's satisfactory to a person who was just deceived! They intentionally trick people into subscriptions and by the time it's discovered and canceled they've gotten your $29. That's their goal. Trick and deceive people and then when the customer cancels they keep that one month subscription fee and you have no recourse. What dirty tricksters companies such as this one is to knowingly deceive hard working people of their money! I wish I never clicked on there quiz in the first place!
I enjoyed the personality quiz and paid the small fee for the premium report. What I didn't realize was that this started a subscription, and I was charged again after a week. The results themselves weren't even that deep or personalized. I regret not checking reviews first.
Under the guise of beautiful slogans, this site hides empty promises and a complete lack of real results. Don't be fooled by the polished appearance — it's just a scam designed to take your money without delivering anything valuable.

On 13th of June 2025 I purchased a personality test for work purposes, on your website blossom up.
Today I received a notification that I've been charged €39.95 for a subscription I never wanted, never used, and unknowingly subscribed to, thanks to your shady practices.
Also, today I found out that you charged me 29.95 € more, without any reason. I ask for a refund for the two sums.
