I completed the test only to find out i had to pay for results that were worthless. Even after cancelling, i was still charged and their support ignore me.

I had no idea that was agreeing to a subscription with recurring monthly payments. The information about this wasn`t made clear during the sign-up process.

When I reched out to ask about my charges they responded in a rude and dismissive manner making me feel as though my concerns were unimportant and not worth their time.

Customer service is non existent. No one ever responded to my inquiries. Hidden fee, results like a generic chat gpt. Be careful, avoid this company!

The results didn't feel genuine at all, leaving me questioning the entire process. It seemed as though they simply generated random answers without any real analysis or effort behind them.

I han no choice but to block their charges through my bank since they kept taking money from my account without stopping. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support.
