They make canceling nearly impossible. I had to dig through multiple pages just to find the option, and even then, they still billed me.

They adversite their service as free but in reality they discreetly add hidden charges that go unnoticed until they appear on your bill. This deceptive practice mesleads customre and results in unexpected costs.
