I completed the test, thinking it was free, and then I was charged for something I didn`t want. Not cool at all.!

Once they have your payment details, good luck getting rid of them. So many people have been scammed, yet they`re still allowed to operate

What a disaster. I had a simple question, but instead of answering it, they sent me a generic response that didn`t even address my issue.

This is the worst subscription model I`ve ever encountered. They make signing up effortless but create endless obstacles when you try to leave.

It feels like this was designed to frustrate users, What was supposed to be a quick solution turned into a huge headache.

How is this acceptable? I`ve been patient, but after weeks of waiting for an answer, I`ve given up. Their support team is completely unhelpful, and no one seems to care about actually fixing customer issues.

Not only do they scam you with hidden subscriptions but they also have the audacity to double charge! I was shocked to find multiple unauthorezed charges on my account and when I reched out to customer service.

They make sure you don't realize you've signed up for a subscription until you see charges on your statement. Be careful!

They withdrew such a large amount of money from my account that it telf me struggling to cover my other essential bills and expenses.
