Bitnovo is a FAKE company. Their customer service is very bad and not sufficient. They will continue to encourage you in the beginning to put in more money into their platform, promising high profits in a short period of time. After making profits, getting it out of the platform is nearly impossible without external assistance.I had a terrible experience with this company and I strongly advise against using their services. Stop the scam it's getting outrageous how many of this fradulent agencies in the veil of crypto exchange are ongoing there's hardly anyone that can be trusted anymore I came on here to complain about how much I lost to them and I'm shaking my head in disbelief seeing a lot of others like me even with more money lost it's appalling I think filing for reclaim against them is the only way forward.

I started dealing with them last year, i did not do my research well before i jumped in. I blamed myself for trusting them blindly, I lost contact when i wanted withdrawal, no response from customer support too. Bitnovo left me so troubled before i fortunately met {KOVKOVN} on telegram and he successfully processed my refund in just few weeks of work.

I and my friends were referred to the this investment platform which we see as a life changing opportunity and we invested all we had but turns out to be a bad decision we find it so difficult to get our funds out of it and we thought we've lost it all so we filed a dispute on it using Ｌｅｇａｌｒｅｃｏｖ－ｃ0 m and luckily we got all our funds back…. 1 month and a half later still no refund after fews exchanges with their support.
Can't recommand they're bunch of scammers and don't give a $#*! stealing your money.
For a 250$ order, shame on you, even street dealers are way more trustworthy.
Edit: Got my money back after some harassment against their support (3 months overall).
