Being new to this, I had the most difficult time. Jia was an excellent technician who assisted me throughout the process. My previous attempts to obtain assistance from a gentleman employee resulted in nothing but frustration. Just a big sigh of relief for Jia for doing a fantastic job! She will be able to assist you even though no one else can! Thank you very much!
Customer service responded to all of my e-mails, despite the fact that I believe I had already spammed them, and they were amazingly kind and patient. They clarified that BTC from an expired transaction can be returned to me, much to my relief! I was in a state of complete panic, but this team's kind words helped to calm me down considerably! I'm hoping to be able to amend this review once I obtain the BTC for the expired transaction; if not, I'll just create a new one.
