This company is a total scam. Do not use them. I purchased tires from them and were sent the completely wrong ones. When I tried to return them their return system did not work and they were unresponsive to my request.
I placed an order at Tradeinn (Bikeinn) on August 19th 2025. More than six weeks later, I still had received nothing. The tracking showed my parcel was never even loaded, yet the company kept delaying with vague replies and asking me to wait for "investigations" with the carrier. I repeatedly made it clear that I no longer wanted the items and only requested a refund, but they continued to stall. In the end, I had to open a chargeback with my bank to recover my money. This is unacceptable and by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If everything goes well with Tradeinn you might get your order – but if anything goes wrong, they simply do not resolve it. I will never buy from them again. Do keep in mind that I live in Greece, so no over the pond delay. I ordered from Germany too (Bike-Discount). It only took 6 days with perfect tracking and troublefree delivery (DHL) But not these Spaniards. My guess is, they run a madhouse, they dont even know what orders and what stock they have, I guess they're way understaffed too.
Items in stock, supposedly, and delivery expensive, though not unreasonable as one item bulky, but order not going anywhere after 10 days... Maybe my fault for not checking; assumed they had an Australian site, or distributor, as pricing in AUD... Should be wary when ordering from outside Europe as long delivery time, expensive delivery costs and returns would likely be problematic.
We ordered four Tubolito inner tubes—one in a smaller size and three in a slightly larger size. However, we received four of the smaller size, making three of them completely useless for us. Mistakes happen, and we were initially understanding, assuming this was an honest error. However, when we contacted customer service with clear proof (including screenshots), they repeatedly insisted that they had sent the correct order. Despite weeks of back-and-forth emails, they refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer a resolution. We are preparing for a major cycling journey from Belgium to Nepal, and this unnecessary hassle has cost us both time and money. Instead of focusing on our trip, we've been stuck dealing with a company that refuses to take responsibility for its errors. If you value good customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. We will be sharing our experience on every platform possible to ensure others are aware of this unacceptable service.
This was my second bad experience with this store.
I placed an order and paid in full, only to later find out that one item was out of stock. They didn't inform me beforehand and kept me waiting indefinitely. On top of that, they failed to meet the promised delivery dates and refused to refund the shipping cost, even though the delay was their fault. Their low prices come at the cost of terrible customer service—definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid these guys!
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Extremely deceitful in their dealings, taking money for products they don't have, to then give bull$#*! excuses as to where your order is. I still haven't received an order from last year. Bikeinn sucks, I strongly suggest not purchasing through this scam company. Not even worth 1 star.

So I received a faulty bike and verified the fault with bike inn via video. However after 3 months they still haven't collected. They have given me a fake collection number and say to contact parcelforce and GLS but neither parcelforce or GLS recognise the collection number. They say they have never been instructed to pick up a parcel by bikeinn at my address. When I challenge Bikeinn, they just repeat the same thing, "contact GLS". It's a huge scam and I encourage anyone and everyone to never use this company.
They will reply to this saying something like " sorry email use your order number and we will try and sort this for you" you can see it with all the reviews on here. Please buy your bikes elsewhere
Absolutely awful
For starters, their credit-card payment form didn't work --- so I ended-up having to pay for my order through PayPal, which was a royal pain.
Making maters exponentially worse, they charged $27 to deliver two tires. Then they took 21 DAYS to get them to me. I did some research. That's literally as long as a Slow Boat From China would take.
When I emailed them about the problem, all I got back was a bloodless corporate-form response.
Where I come from, that's called Chicken S#!t.
Should have received my order a week ago, but it was obviously misdelivered as I was not home during the time of delivery, no note through door, online tracking shows signature and initials I do not recognise. Have checked with neighbours and around my flat anyway and nothing. Bikeinn have been beyond useless, repeatedly telling me that I need to make a claim with the courier. However there is no option for the recipient to make a claim as it is the senders legal responsibility to do so. Bikeinn just keep telling me to make a claim as they wont do it for me and now they aren't even responding to my emails. Once they have your money you are on your own.
Ordered a Shimano PCE-02 DI2 diagnosting tool for 214.99 Euro. After more than 1 week I received a notification that the product was not available anymore. However on the website the same product was on stock but now for 259.99 Euro. After several emails I still got a standard reply that I could cancel my order and order again against the new price. This is not how it works. I canceled and bought it elsewhere.
They take your money, something gets picked up by a carrier, then it disappears and never shows up. I've contacted them numerous times and they want me to "be patient" even though shipment tracking has had no updates for weeks.
I ordered 2 bicycle tyres, a Vittoria Mezcal TNT and a Vittoria Mezcal TNT ( the TNE refers to a reinforced sidewall which is less prone to tears). The 2 tyres I received were the inferior XC trail versions. I feel like I have been ripped off!
This is my first time ordering from bikeinn.com (parent company is tradeinn) and my experience is awful. 2 weeks after making the order I have not received it. After 2 weeks the tracking says "Goods damaged during transport" and are being returned to warehouse? But the goods are tires, how can they be damaged during transport? Contacted Customer service via different channels and they were not helpful. They told me I will need to make a new purchase after the goods are being returned to warehouse...but how can you be sure it is not a scam and how long it would take, another 2 weeks to go back and 2 weeks for delivery? I do not recommend ordering from this site!
Ordered $150 in items that never came; wouldn't refund my money because they said my request came too late, despite the tracking info for both items showing they were ordered, paid for, but NEVER received. AWFUL, AWFUL company to do business with.

Since then still waiting after more than 1 month.
Customer service keeps replying that they are looking into the matters and nothing changed.
Tracking shows that item is still in PostNL.
Really upset and for sure will stay away from making purchases from them in future.
I think that you can't find a better place if you need some accessories for your bicycle or some products for maintenance.
I always order degreasers, chain lubes, sealants and other similar products here.
You can order drivetrains, cranksets or transmissions for example too. The prices here can be very appealing.
I ordered an Ergon All Road setback split seatpost from BikeInn and paid 225.00 shipped, roughly the same cost as a new post on sale in the states, but availability at that price is limited here. The post shipped promptly and arrived a couple of days after tracking stated it would.
I unboxed the post and was shocked to see that it was clearly used; it had insertion marks running up the carbon and the carbon paste had already been installed between the two halves and looked congealed and old. The post works fine but was not advertised as used. No response from BikeInn. Potential buyers be aware of this practice with this company.

Poor awful
My Campagnolo 10S Left Lever was so poorly packed for shipping that it was damaged during the shipping. The shipping packing by BikeInn is generally very poor compared to other retailers by this was exceptionally poor.
This mskes me feel like never buying anything from BikeInn again.

Also 8 weeks to ship parts is not acceptable and selling parts you dont actually have in stock is illegal in Australia.
Items shipped wrapped in flimsy makeshift corrugated paper. Company has not accepted responsibility for poor packing, instead blames their chosen shipper. Absolutely atrocious customer service for international orders.
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
