I bought the Betty Crocker rich Fudge choc mix I never used this brand n never will again it was tasteless n like a firm dish sponge in texture I use Greens every wk never ever had a bad experience.
I have been using Betty for over 50 years and this cake is the smallest cake ever baked due to shrinkflation. Once cooked and iced it is 30 percent smaller and looks "sad".Package contains smaller volume, will need 2 packages,no more, will have to bake from scratch.

I've just Bought a Frying pan from Betty crocker and in the first time use it BURNED! I Don't understand, I've washed it first as suggested always with Luke water and i used a bit of butter to make a simple egg only! And it Turned Black with lots of Smoke. Awful Quality. In trash now

Your milk chocolate frosting (I had bought 2) both was gritty! It was crunchy like the sugar was not dissolved! Will NEVER buy again! I'm glad I tried before I frosted Thanksgiving cupcakes!
I bought Betty Crocker cake and frosting in 2023 and it was disgusting! The cake had less batter and also taste and texture wasn't good, the frosting was runny and looked different and too sweet, I won't be buying again!
Have used Betty Crocker icing to decorate fancy cupcakes with piping bag for a couple of years with great success but now the icing is too soft,

Please bring it back, it was so good and everyone I've talked to agrees here in Canada. I wanted so much that I bought what I thought were cases and I ordered 2 cases. When it came I received 4 boxes for $60.00, and 2 boxes were expired. So disappointed! Bring it back please,please.
Do not EVER buy this frosting.I have used B.C.s frosting for many years, I am in my 70s, and the ease and convenience has always saved me a lot of time.BUT.this frosting is nearly a liquid.I bought it and complained before.I waited for months and tried it again.it's so watery that the layers on the cake will not stay together, they slide apart.the frosting drips down the sides of the cake and will not adhere to the cake, it puddles alongside it.it's disgusting.it has ruined 2 of my cakes, and I will never use it again...I don't know who formulated this NEW recipe, but it's a totally complete bomb.do not waste your money.
I purchased Betty Crocker electric cordless 1.7 ltr kettle stailness steel in May 2022 from walmart. The measurement side rubber is leaking water. I asked them for repair or return but they want me to pay postage which is almost the price of the kettle. If we buy some other product and there is a problem the manufacturer sends return label but when I called them i was shocked to know that they want the customer pay postage on returning their defective product. How strange. I will never buy or advice to buy their product.
This is so disappointing that now I have to use 2 boxes to make a decent 9 x 13 cake. I only had to use one box but now it gives a scrawny cake. Why cut back on your mix? Step up and don't fall into the "less product more money" kick that so many companies are doing. Will not buy your cake mixes or any other mix again.

Very disappointed in this brownie mix. Its supposed to make one dozen brownie cups. This would only happen if you used one spoonful of prepared batter per cup. Had to go buy another box mid preparation. Got 17 brownie cups using two boxes, including topping. Will just use from scratch recipe next time.

Was looking to have a Friday night treat! Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix lacked flavor. Actually had an after taste, that was not pleasant.
Very disappointing on the cake mix. We use to make these Betty Crocker Cakes all the time but they cut back! My brownies are bigger than this cake! This was one box and super thin. We googled Betty Crocker cake mix and we were proven right they cut back instead of raising the price up. This is not worth making from using your time, and hydro... we won't be buying nothing by Betty Crocker again! Make our own from scratch is better!
Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate brownie mix. The instruction now calls for baking a 13" x 9" pan of the brownie mix for 28 - 30 minutes. I wonder if any of you have tried that. In the past it called for baking around 48 - 51 minutes. Even at 30 minutes the mix is still very fluid.
I recently bought a packet of lemon flavoured cake mix but the packet had ants and weevils. Expiry is August 6th 2021.
Please can we have better quality.

Betty Crocker is the most amazing company it makes baking fun and exciting are use it every single month. If there's a birthday I got it with Betty Crocker. Sadly they stopped making their molasses cookie mix that's the only thing I wish they wouldn't have done so Betty Crocker if you're reading this please please Bree make the mix.
I picked up a box of au gratin creamy cheese sauce potato for the first time. I was very disappointed with the skimpy amount of potatoes, and most of what was there I had tocut away black bad parts! The sauce was gritty had to add addl cheddar to Smooth out. Kids weren't thrilled either. So much for short cuts!
