Arrived 8 days too late, never refunded
We ordered things for a conference and paid extra for expedited Fedex delivery. Almost all of the order came 8 days late, way after the conference and we never actually got them. Chasing the company to get a refund since then. Pay attention that items are actually shipped from India, our stuff got stuck in Cairo(!)

Almost there
One of my banners did not have Grammet holes for hanging. And I ordered 2 sets if zip ties and only received one set.
