BEWARE! I was charged twice
BEWARE! I was charged twice for my tablecloth and cannot get anyone to fix the error. Customer service is extremely frustrating. The tablecloth looks nice but not worth twice the price I was charged and the headache of trying to get it taken care of.

I was sent the wrong item for another company.
I was sent the wrong product for the wrong company. I even paid for shipping to get it for an event. I have been sending pictures since Friday but I've been told that they don't receive the pictures so I am uploading them here. Please refund me the fast shipping I paid for and send me the correct product. Also a return label to send back the wrong product. I should not have to take this long in this much effort to correct this issue.

STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
One of my items did not show up on time because of a mistake from their design team and they guaranteed it would still arrive on time. It was a day late and no one was at the address to accept the order since it was late. I had called a couple of times and was assured a manager would call me about my refund and it's been over 10 days since my tradeshow and still no call back. The customer service is unreliable and every operator tells you something different. Once they get payment for your order the customer service is not attentive as when you are ordering. Hopefully a manager will see this and get back to me so I don't have to keep calling for a response?

The cover was just "okay." It arrived with ink markings on them. Needed cloth for an event the next day so I did not return out. So, next time I will be sure to order a cloth with better quality.
