We ordered two 10ft x 3ft banners to go on the sides of our van during an upcoming holiday parade. Product/process satisfaction
I was quite amazed by the level of detail in the process, and pleased by the general "friendliness" of the exchange. At first it seemed like the system was tripping over itself with details, but it did work and the finish banner was a big hit with my daughter. Thank you. I will use it again for sure.

Ordered two Personalized Banner and received one with a small hole.
Over all I am happy with the printing and timing of the job.
But when I opened the package I notice a small hole (size of a penny) on one of Banners, I checked the packaging and the package was perfect with no damage that I blame the delivery company. I think you need to ask your staff to check the job before packing.
Fault in banner
I found out a fault from the banner. It is a drop of paint or something. I don't know if I am able to say this way because it would be the reason why it's the cheapest..
They went above and beyond
I hadn't used their services before to create a banner and it was easy but my artwork was not working well with the system. They basically redesigned it at no charge since I was a first timer and it turned out fantastic.

Ordered a 50th birthday banner for my niece.

Order EARLY even if you pay for faster shipping
Despite having paid to receive my order on the 16th, it didn't arrive until the 25th - almost 10 days after it was supposed to. I don't understand what I paid extra for.

Although I had a hard time getting the art work approved and getting customer service to understand the problem, the product came in and I am very happy with all of the products. Based on the items ordered I would give the company a 5 stars. Customer service and the order process a 3 star performance.
