Late Delivery
Please stop using FedEx. They are slow and manipulative. They could have delivered my banner on time, but they chose to wait. So I had to pay for another banner sign and now I am unable to use this Step and Repeat.

Confusing description
Confusing description regarding the product and whether or not it included the hardware. When the product arrived without the hardware, it was two days late, and customer service took no responsibility for either the delay in delivery or the misleading description. To make matters worse, they wanted me to buy it on their site for $200, again with a two-day delivery window and the risk of another delay. In the end, I bought the same hardware on Amazon for $50 and received it the very next day without any issues.
Design team didn't listen
Horrible communication with the design team! They didn't listen to feedback I gave them at all. Took 4 revisions to get it right
Not Made in America
Good product, but very late shipping all the way from India to France and then by pure luck to the US.
Don't receive all the banners
Took 5 phones calls. Everyone lied several times. 1st person told me everything was delivered. We got disconnected and she never called back. 2nd person said they were all in the state they were going to be delivered in and that was a lie as one was two states away and mention. 3rd person said a refund person would call me, never did, 4th person said a refund person would call me, never did. 5th person I made them stay on the call until I talked to a manager. I had to fight to stay on the phone and not give up. It takes a strong willed person to get a refund if something goes wrong. Good luck.

Beautiful print quality. I was intimidated by the site but received a proof email before they printed it so that was nice. Shipped way faster than I expected so turnaround was just over a week.

Horrible
Product wasn't like the proof and the item was late so I couldn't even use the backdrop. They promise the shipping fee returned back to me and it didn't happen. I'm so disappointed in the item.

Step and repeat banner
The graphics looked good but it seems as though they rolled it up and shipped too soon because the banner has a lot of air bubbles that are very visible and the banner had such a smell. I had put it out side to air out. The adjustable frame I purchased is good to go.
Misleading image and bed quality
The vynal banner comes folded with a lot of marks and wrinkles. Has a very poor look
