Not Easy to Read
Sign looked different in the proof. Once we received it, it was too small and the letters were not able to be read any further than 3 ft away. There was a glare on it when the light was on making it even more difficult to read.
Sign Frustrations
It took over 3 months to finally get my order completed and shipped. One of the biggest issues was providing an image meeting the required specifications. Since I did not want to buy a program to do this, I had to spend many hours trying to find a free program to complete this task. Secondly, after getting through the frustrations caused by these issues, I was thinking we were addressing just an image issue and after I approved the proof and received my sign, it DID NOT CONTAIN ANY OF MY TEXT. The whole process was just a pain. I now have to purchase yet another sign that has my text one it along with the image.

I ordered a large reflective yard sign. I wish I knew that this is basically 2 giant stickers applied to a corrugated backing instead of an image printed on the material itself. My sign has wrinkles in it that are going to severely limit its use and lifespan. I need to figure out how to contact them and let them know. 70 dollars is a lot for one yard sign with defects.
Reflective yard signs
Simple reflective yard sale designs uploaded, but it took a lot of back and forth to make the production team to understand NOT to touch them and increase size, they just needed to leave them as is. I will say they were responsive that is a plus. The night of the event, the reflective coating was not good. I will be ordering from my local sign shop next time. Not worth the small cost saving.
