Terrible Proofing
The quality of the banner is good, The overall process to proof was time consuming.
For something that was a rush and being overnighted, the proof process on the company's and was too long. And that resulted in delays. And there is a missing grommet and errors. The quality of the banner is good and like that it's fabric because it makes it easy to work with.

Colors, Graphics, Material, Pockets
The colors and graphics were absolutely perfect. The fabric seemed thinner and more flimsy than the previous banners we ordered. We were disappointed that there was no pocket for the pole to go thru at the top with which to hang the banners. We turned the tops down and sewed it as best we could to make pockets on the top of all four banners.
Fabric banner is excellent quality
So far so great. Print looks excellent and they were able to accommodate my request for the number of grommets. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the banner.
Quality fine, printing poor, no response from customer serivice
Banner was misprinted. Contacted BestofSigns, no answer. It's a fine quality otherwise but a bit of a letdown that it doesn't look nice

These guys are complete idiots. I ordered a $50 Banner on a rush and they send it FedEx needing signature as a result I missed the order and my deadline. They gave me no notice that it was going to be a signature required because it had they done that I would have told them just drop it. They are a bunch of third world idiots.
