The customer service was fabulous, the time that used to do a re edit and compose the final product was very good, quicker than my expectations and the quality of the work was perfect, couldn't be happier about the result.
Excellent product
They customized the prize. Adjusted the picture to fit. It did arrive late. I had to call 3 times. One time the person could barely speak English and that was very frustrating! But the other two times was great.

3rd time ordering from Best of Signs, my go to for event banners
I always give myself an extra 3 week buffer because I am very picky with my designs. Best of Signs always sends me previews of each adjustment before printing. In the past I've made between 3 to 8 tweaks until I'm satisfied. Once I approve the final layout, production and shipping is very quick. The reason I gave 4 stars is the person you speak with, the go between person, can be unfamiliar with general graphic aspects so they may not know the right questions to ask to get clarification. Also the reason for my 3 week buffer. Best of Signs has become my Go To place for banners.

The font did not print correctly. They replaced my brand font with a generic font. They have not responded to my request for a refund.
Beautiful Custom Banner
The custom banner I ordered from Best Of Signs was absolutely gorgeous. I called and spoke with their design team and they followed my instructions perfectly. While I know others have had issues, my experience was fabulous. Yes, the shipping takes a while, and yes, the products are made in India, but in my case the wait was well worth it and it actually arrived in just a few weeks. I am going to be ordering more products from them in the future as their pricing and design team are top notch.

I love my banner!
Just received my banner, which I plan to drape over a table to make a sign for my business at craft shows. The banner turned out exactly the way I had hoped! The fabric is high quality and the graphics are very crisp. I really liked that I could approve the final design before it went into production too. Once I approved the design, I was happy with how quickly I received the banner. The price was great too, I searched a lot of different companies and this was the best price I found. I'm so pleased with the final product, and can't wait to use it in my next craft show!
