Broken Letters
Customer service worked hard to make this order right for me, but with my first and second shipment I had a broken letter both times. I don't think the font should be an option if it's creating a weak point in the letter (aka too thin).

Easy to order and fast shipping.
Frustrated
The letters are very nice. However, we received one letter that was the wrong size. When we contacted customer service. We ran into a language problem. They were nearly impossible to understand. Eventually we believed we had conveyed our problem to them. They agreed to send a replacement. Again the letter was the wrong size. Eventually after emails, pictures, and calls they agreed to send the correct sized letter to us for an additional $10. We agreed to this, only because we needed the missing letter so badly to complete our church sign. The letters are very nice. Customer service is a problem.

Impossible to sustain the letters, the fastening system is garbage.
What genius came up with the fastening system and hardware for the size letters? I need to fasten the letters to concrete blocks. The hardware is too small and weak the method is garbage. I'm stuck with garbage! Reply.

3 letters came in broken
I would not buy acrylic break to easily. I should have ordered metal letters
Letters are not 3-D
When you look at the letters on your site, they look like they are 3-D. Then when you get them, they're just a letter. I think it's kind of misleading little bit disappointed but I guess I will deal with it.
Disappointed in customer service
Policy is one thing, doing the right thing to help the customer is another. Best of Signs didnt have the customers best interested in mind. Should have stuck to amazon.

Slow shipping
Paid extra for priority shipping to hit a target delivery date and the order was shipped International and is still in China. Letters are great.
