Awful experience
Somehow let me order and sit for two weeks on an order with no address, then when I spoke over the phone with a representative, she confirmed my address and then put in a different address, unbelievable stuff.
Shipping blues!
Product was ok, but expedited shipping by 5p tried to deliver past 6p three days in a row, even after I tried to change the address and was met with assurances of new delieveries. We asked for a refund for just the extra shipping and did not receive it. We missed two events for signage because of it and finally just had to deal with Fedex directly.

My Manny Flag
I thought at first I had ordered a 3x5 flag, I steak I ordered a 8x5. Either way I absolutely love it. I will certainly be flying it at every dock dog event myself and my dog co.pete at. Such a cool flag and the price was great. Good quality!

Good value, but finishing not the best
These custom flags were very affordable and I appreciated that. But the seems were not the best and fabric trimming left a lot to be desired. I had to trim the fabric around the single seem to make the flags be more tidy and look nice. Again for the price they are totally worth it.

I have tried repeatedly to contact someone but have not heard back nor have I received the product, which I paid for.
Be careful picking out your colors!
We ordered 20 flags, 10 black and 10 red. The design turned out GREAT with our logo; however, the red flags came an orangish red color. I picked a Pantone color from red colors on Google (which is what customer service told me to do), and on the proof it looked red. When I contacted customer service after receiving the flags their response was:
Regrettably, colors are notorious for looking different on a digital screen based on the display settings. Our printing machines are carefully calibrated to print the colors present in the artwork you provide. However, some variation is possible—especially when comparing different print media.
The company can't give you a grid of Pantone colors, and will clearly tell you that what you are approving on your screen could look different than the delivered product.
Black flags were great and quality of them is nice!

Beautiful flags
The result was a beautiful piece of work. It took a bit to get to the final design however as I don't think the designers were readying/understanding the directions, but we got there and the result is wonderful.
No red flags here!
I received m y flags in great shape and they look terrific. My artwork was not the best and Best of Signs did their magic and my flags fly high! Thank you for the great work and my camp site is now personalized with our family camping logo!
