Extremely poor
Ordered a 2 pack of signs, only one showed up and it was damaged and unusable. Argued for 2 days on a replacement order, you need pictures of the box, you need to fill out this form. One picture of the damaged item is enough for anyone with good eyesight. Never buy from this oversea's vendor, they will waste your time.

I order the magnets in the wrong section as I needed Die cut and they took care of me and changed them communicating the whole way.

Love it! Thanks! We've purchased several now. I custom make them to cover dings in the refrigerator for short term rental houses.
They turned out great but were delayed so I wasn't able to use them for what I purchased them for.
Turned out well, but because they were delayed, I was not able to use them. I paid $30 extra dollars to get them here on time.

I have yet to receive the magnetic signs I paid extra to have shipped to me in a timely manner. The estimated delivery date has come and gone. The very hard to understand customer service keeps saying they see the tracking and it will be delivered today (again!). However customer service doesn't seem to know how to respond when I tell them I see the same tracking information and it says Bestofsigns didn't send the correct paperwork with it so it won't be delivered!

I Rate Them GREAT!
Easy to deal with, pricing is reasonable, and the custom product was delivered exactly to specification. The only improvement I could suggest is the email dialogue back and forth to nail down the specs. Why not send a simple email that the customer could respond to, just like a normal email dialogue between people. Otherwise, Great Product!
