Tried to cancel order that could not approve, customer...
I needed frosted dye-cut decals. When they reviewed the art work, they noted that they could not do what I needed. I chatted with Customer Service online to cancel my order and they asked "why?" and I told them that the notes said that they could not complete my request. They then told me that they COULD do my request and I specified that I needed frosted dye-cut. It came in the mail and its black and not fully cut.

Frosted lettering for office door
The reason for the low rating is that the website did not make it easy to accurately size the product resulting in my receiving a product that was entirely too tall and long to fit on my door glass. Had it been a foot shorter and 2 inches less in height I would have given it a 4 or maybe even a 5.
The finished product wasn't ugly, it was just to big to use.

The package was very inconveniencing and very hard to open. I have waited 3 weeks for this and as I was preparing to put into glass the letter were ripping as if the product was stored away for months. Bad material and to make matters worse I requested for lettering to be done in black and they made it white…
I spoke to someone last Thursday who assured me that someone from their special team will be contacting me within 24 hours to resolve and I am yet to hear anything!
So unprofessional, I am working on a time limit and it's as if they have no respect for my time. Bear in mind, this is a production issue on their end.

Letters Useless
Purchased Frosted letters that came in a small tube. When they arrived the letters had slipped from the masking tape causing large lifted creases that could not be smoothed out back onto the masking tape covering. This created creases in the letters as they were transferred onto the glass backing that could not be smoothed out.
