Product is just fine - Customer Service is Terrible
The product works fine, it does start to fall apart pretty rapidly. The customer service department is what is bringing the review down. They have no value for loyal customers and won't do much to help.
Absolutely Beautiful!

Canopies
I submitted camera ready artwork. The graphic wasn't high enough resolution. They redid the artwork, for back panel. Upon approving new artwork, it was mentioned only of a font change, not resetting it all the type. So I did not proofread what was my artwork with just a font change. There were typos (spaces not between 2 big words on a title) along with the kerning between the letters was horrible (letters were touching each other), 3 words were to be Italicized and it was (how it should have been) but when I received the item, it was not italicized.
They offered a 15% credit to my account. I spent nearly $3000 on 2 canopies and the back wall panel doesn't look professional (like what I submitted). I feel they should redo the 2-back panels.

The tent is great, looks super clean and the design work was great. The customer service support is exceptional and guided me through the entire process! Thanks to Best of Signs for a great product to represent our brand.
Very solid, high quality Canopy. Awesome value
Very High Quality. The canopy is pretty heavy, canvas type material. Should hold up very well. Graphics are perfect. The company did a great job converting my lower res files. The frame is very sturdy. Large hexagon legs that will hold up well. Carry bag is well built as well.
Not what I originally input
Originally I uploaded two separate logos and had the signs alternating and what was sent back was the same thing on all sides. I am so disappointed and now have an event that I have the wrong tent for.
Turned out better then expected.
The end product ended up better than I pictured. Getting to the end product was defiantly harder then it should have been. Just miscommunication and they couldn't understand my corrections. If you have to fix designs just call as its easier to call to correct then use the online tools.

Turnaround time was pretty good, a couple of days longer than original date, but still good. Tent quality is much better than I expected! Tent looks great, carry bag is good quality and aluminum frame makes it lighter! Design assistance was spot on. No complaints.

The majority of our order
The majority of our order did not arrive. This investment is really big for us as a non profit and left our event feeling empty. We are very disappointed with our experience.
Great communication
I have nothing but great words about this company and the employees that helped along the way. I had a 10 x 10 ft canopy customized i uploaded our own logo. They fixed the font as needed and helped make it work for the surface area we had. They communicated with me and art team prior to making to explain exactly how it will look to make sure i wanted to go through with purchase

The topper did not have
The topper did not have the logo around the valance and I was insured by a live representative before approving it that he did in fact speak to the design team and they told him it would have the logo going around the valance as well as the top of the topper and I have received it and it's not right, so I asked them should I send it back for them to fix or will they send me the correct one? And I was only given an email to email my complaint to and they would let me know what to do but I have not heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating to me because the toppers way to playing without the logo going around the valance, and all pictures of they have their things all have a logo going around the valance.
This is frustrating to me, I need it fixed. I was assured before approving it that it would be around the valance without a delay.
Repeat customer with very bad experience on this order
I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied with my previous purchases.
However, this order was very disappointing, and had a very negative impact on my business.
The hardware for my tent has still not arrived. I needed that tent for an event on August 3, fourth, and fifth. I paid $170 for expedited shipping to ensure that the package will be here on August 1.
I paid over $2000 to sponsor the event, and I did not have my tent.
I would really appreciate a full refund on my order.
Poor experience.
I am happy that the company was able to get the canopy to me in time. The design team had no creative vision. I designed it, yet had to pay for "designers". I asked for the curb on the top of the peak to be adjusted to meet up so when it went around it was lined up and looked like a solid continuous curb. That wasn't done. The ability to connect with someone who can actually solve a problem is ridiculous. The design team took FOREVER to get me a proof of MY design for ME to approve so I could get the awning on time. Altogether an extremely poor experience. The canvas is well made. The awning appears sturdy. However as soon as you put the back wall up any breeze catches it and pulls it up as the velcro is not enough to hold it down on the pole. There is a seam sewn into the bottom of the back wall panel. Yet strangely it did not come with a pole to go across like the side walls do. I would not recommend you as a company to anyone I spoke with.
While the tent looks nice
While the tent looks nice and all, it was supposed to be orange (my PMS 151 that I provided in the order). I made a ticket about 2 weeks ago. Said I would hear back within 24 to 48 hours and I have not heard anything.
It would be nice for someone to contact me.
