Wish the fabric didn't wrinkle
The graphic turned out really well! Very sharp and clean. It's disappointing that the fabric wrinkles as it is taken to be used at events and must be folded or rolled. Since that is the reason I would imagine most people would order it, I would have thought the fabric would have been wrinkle proof.

Screwed up my order but went to a lot of trouble to fix it
I had ordered a table runner in 2023 and, after I used it a few times, it got lost. I needed to order the exact same item again but I no longer had access to the artwork, so I called customer service to see if Best of Signs would be able to print using the existing artwork on file. The rep assured me that it would be possible and walked me through the ordering process, and I received a confirmation about my order. I never received the item, and it was Wednesday and I needed it for Friday, so I tried to cancel the order. Best of Signs really did not want me to cancel the order, so they went through quite a bit of extra work to communicate with the production team to make sure they had the artwork, update my delivery address, and stay in communication with me about the item. So I ultimately received what I ordered on time and was pleased. Overall positive outcome, but was somewhat inconvenienced by the initial error.

Great table runners
We ordered a set of table runners for our organization. I was a little anxious about not being able to adjust where the logo was placed but they arrived and look great! The knife cut edge was sleek, the colors and placement look good, and the runners arrived quickly.
