Overall I'm happy with the product I purchased. The communication and website ordering has a bit to be desired. I made a mistake on a drop down and tried to correct it via email and by phone and have yet to receive the desired result. I am attempting to correct this by reordering so we'll see how it goes.
Very easy folks to work
Very easy folks to work with. Helped us custom make the flags for our outing and got them to us days quicker than expected. The quality was perfect. We'll use Best of Signs again!

Sketchy online ordering process
Quality was great. However, navigating through the online ordering system was really tough. What should have been a 5 mins process took hours. Software bugs kept me from getting a confirmation or a proof. I was also promised deliver on the 10th and it didn't arrive until late on the 11th.
