Overall happy with process. It took a bit longer than expected but no problem since I was in no hurry this time. Sign looks good but would have preferred more clarity on how the company sets the design so I didn't have to go with a second effort.

It looks like the customer service team is from outside USA and have no clue on the Tax Exempt laws for Non profits here.

Exactly what I wanted!
The sign perfectly matched the input I provided and met my expectations. It was shipped quickly (all the way from India) and was in perfect condition when it arrived. I will definitely use Best of Signs in the future.
Didn't come out as expected
I was supposed to receive 2 die-cut signs that I did leave comments about, but instead, they gave me two square with a white background.
