Very good work - exactly as I had expected. Just the right color and background translucency for my application. Quality is excellent, and the film was packed well for shipment. Thank you.
Not the best quality
Colors are way off. Black is especially bad. Background lost more detail than expected. I guess you get what you pay for because the price is very good. May order again if quality print is not necessary.
The print came back better
The print came back better than I was expecting! It is now one of the focal points of our Great Room. And, It arrived a week sooner than I was expecting.

This was my second purchase. The first order was great and that's why I ordered the second time. The quality was awful. I have used same color palette, same software but somehow one of two diesigns coloring and overall quality was completely different.

Very disappointed with the colors and final product
I ordered a backlight film printing of a piece of artwork. The final printout that I received the colors were very washed out. And not nearly as vivid as they were in the image I submitted. The black portions were especially washed out, The problem is made worse when you actually backlight the film and the color washes out even more. Also here is a very strong unpleasant chemical odor on the print out that even days later still hasn't lessened.
Backlit film a little expensive
I am delighted with the backlit film print, but the price is slightly expensive. I would give it five stars if you dropped the price. Attached is a video of this backlit film used inside an LED light panel.

Never received...been 2 weeks...fed ex showed delivery coming, and just stopped half way,,,very upset,,needed this to complete project for a show in 3 days from now.Called everyone involved and no one has any answers...if my order ever comes in, it should be for free now,, since I won't be able to display my lighted sign at the show..

The backlit film we ordered was exactly what we were looking for, honestly surpassed our expectations! We ordered three (3) backlit films for trade show LED signs. The price was also exceptional.
You printed out order without
You printed out order without letting me seeing the proof copy. When I called to complain the costumer service team said "that's oh well, you payed for expedited shipping and we don't provide proof copy's for expedited shipping"! So I got the wrong print that had to be thrown away which cost more that I'd like to admit! If there's a provided space for you to check " I want a proof copy" than I expected to get a proof copy... Or would you think that asking too much if you were in the same situation!
