Great end product and great customer support
Great end product. I would recommend to customers if you need art validation make sure you place your order with extra time since in each validation step can take more than 24hrs. I will use Best of Sign in the future.
Not up to standards
Size of product stated 12"x18" yet only 1 of the 8 I ordered fully fit those measurements. One was also significantly smaller than the rest and was told it was on me as the customer to be able to tell that the sizes were different based on images provided without measurements. As a customer if I order something that is specified with dimensions, I would expect that all the products are those dimensions when the proofs are sent to me. The foam portion of the cut outs were also shotty where pieces of foam are missing in spots where it got caught by the blade. The print quality was good otherwise and I did like the fact that the face was fully cut out at the chin versus having the neck line like previous versions we have received from other companies.
Disappointed
I did not recieve the product for my event. I was disappointed. I still don't have it.

Total fail
Ordered a big head cutout well in advance of an event and my sign never arrived. Reached out to customer service to inquire about its whereabouts and was told more information was needed. Very disappointing experience to have to be the one to reach out to customer service to figure this out, despite the order status displaying "on track" the whole time.
Excellent product
This is my second year getting big head signs of my daughters for their senior year of sports. They have been amazing both times! Decent price as well, and great turn around time.

Ordered 2 big heads. One arrived broken. The other was never made. The email goes straight to spam. So did not see it. Still have not received a refund on either.

These were great! I ordered 3 different ones. Note that they are sized by width, so they all came out looking different in size. Also, no stick is included but it was easy enough to add my own.

The product was as the designers depicted. It's also a lot heavier and sturdier than I expected which is a plus. Wonderful experience.

Perfection
My cutouts are perfect-exactly what I was hoping for! Best of Signs reached out when one of my photos was not good quality. A better quality photo was sent and shipping happened quickly after that!
