Great Quality, Reliable Delivery
We have ordered several branded fitted table cloths and have been happy with the quality of each one. We did have an issue with one arriving damaged but Best of Signs quickly resolved the problem with no hassle whatsoever. Pricing is also very reasonable. This is our go-to provider for this type of item. Highly recommend.
Wrong Color and Challenges on replacement
I've ordered before and always had good service. This time my order arrived in the wrong color and it's occurring as a hassle to get this corrected.
Total failure
I ordered a black tablecloth with an artist proof for review. I received a white tablecloth, logo on the wrong area, and all without an artist proof to verify. I wish I could understand the catastrophic failure that caused this problem with a very simple solution. At least the table cloth arrived clean and folded!
Exceeded Expectations!
I LOVE my tablecloth. The quality and the vividness of the print exceeded my expectations. It's absolutely gorgeous and is already helping to attract people to my table at expos. Can't beat it for the price.

Fitted Table Cover
Per the image mock up there wasn't supposed to be a red line on the table cover, the red line was indicating the fold or crease. In addition, we paid priority shipping but it didn't arrive till Monday, Mar 3rd instead of Thursday, Feb 27th.

Customer Service was very helpful with my custom order. Response time from the art department was very fast and even answered my questions over the weekend. Lead times are very accurate, and the tablecloths arrived in time.

Bad print quality
The print quality was so bad on the top. Requesting a replacement table cover
Inconsistent Design Process
I was very disappointed with the process because the website indicates the customer will receive a free design proof. I made sure to click the box that I wanted a proof, and, to cover my bases, I reached out right away to customer support to verify I would receive a proof. Bianca S. Replied and ensured I would receive a proof. Then, to my surprise--the order had shipped. All of the other customer reps gave me standard responses vs. actually understanding what happened.
