I think we had some confusion.
I ordered these to go on the window and they were printed the wrong orientation. I wanted the picture horizontal but they came vertical. They still work but they are smaller than I wanted because of that reason. Over all, the picture on the vinyl was good quality.
Flimsy and doesn't adhere
The decal didn't stick, even though several attempts were made to get it to stay on the window. Had to use tape to temporarily get it to stay (looks tacky), and now I need another one.

These decals actually stuck, but there's a huge amount of bubbles in the squeegee and the application process was kind of tough once I managed to get it on straight. I just couldn't get it bubble free.

Even though the specific product I initially ordered wasn't correct they took the time over the phone and through online correspondence to make sure everything came out perfectly. The person who assisted me was great! Overall the image came out well but there was a 2in cut in the middle of the image that can be felt and seen.
Not what I wanted
I was trying to purchase transferable decals, not a clear window decals. It was a waste of time and money.
Great quality!
Turn-around was fast, and the quality was great. I wish it was a bit easier to get all the bubbles out. Other than that, application was easy, and the little scraper that came with the decal was very helpful.

Quality of the vinyl decal
The edge arrived little wrinkle, but I thought I could post it okay when I scrape it. But, the vinyl was too think and it ripped. I wish the customer had an option to chose the thickness even though we pay additional charges. But the customer services are always great so far, so I gave middle star rating.

You have people working for this company who cannot read instructions... I paid a lot extra to have my banner in time for an important event and you sent all together a wrong item and then refuse to get to corrected one to me on time... I hope this decal works alright... I have lost all faith in this company...
