Worst quality ever
These two banners did not last 2 weeks outside in Colorado. I purchased these banners to replace a pair that lasted over 18 months.

Paid extra but did not arrive on time
The quality of the sign is decent but I paid for express shipping to get it before leaving town and it did not come. Sure you can say it was the shipping company, but my problem is that I emailed the company and NEVER got a reply. I could probably understand shipping problems, but not to reply is a deal breaker. Terrible customer service! I will NOT be ordering from this company again.
Product not as ordered
We received the banners. However, they are not as ordered: 1. Pockets were NOT on the sides but instead on top and bottom. 2. No wind flaps. 3. Perhaps the most quirky is that even though the size was 5 ft Wide x 4 ft High, which would of course have it so the words were written HORIZONTALLY in sentences that would read from L to R across the Wide portion of banner. However, for some reason, they words were written vertically running across the shorter 4ft length. Completely opposite of just basic common sense of how to lay out the wording. And no one resolves it. Just continuous emails promoting other items to order.
