Yeah you said my order was going to be delivered on September 4th it was a couple 10x18-in flags with Kel's Angels on it but when I go look at the side sign into my stuff you don't even have where I ordered anything

Product was great but didn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date.
The rectangle flag ordered was great. The design and ordering process was delightfully easy. Unfortunately the product didn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date and so wasn't able to be used. Priority overnight shipping was paid and a note made to the order stating should the product not be deliverable on the date guaranteed, the order should NOT be completed. Bottom line is I'd definitely order from them again, but will make sure to order with plenty of time before I need the product.
Exactly what I was hoping for!
The site was easy to use, which made the design easy to accomplish. I am not a designer at all. The design team gave me amazing advice and help when they reviewed my design, and the flag is hanging up in the our city library. I wanted to give this 5 stars but the 5th star just wouldn't let me choose it🤣🤣

Mishandled Shipping Information
My design process and proofing were great. I had checked the location of the company, and it was in the States, which I appreciate. However, once I received the tracking information, it was coming from somewhere random overseas. Once it reached the US, it was flagged undeiverable and being returned to sender. I reached out to customer service and the zip code they had listed for my address was totally random and not even close to mine. I use autofill on my addresses, and paypal etc. has them autofilled also. Im not sure how they got this random zip code... or if I will ever receive my flag. I opened a case with them over the weekend, but still have yet to hear how/if they will resolve this. The flag is a gift that I need before August, so I'm hoping things will work out.

The flag I ordered was a good buy and arrived quickly. I supplied my own art. I'm a graphic designer and know what I'm doing. I approved a proof. The flag I got had weird extensions of my art to create a bleed. I didn't want it to bleed. But it's 20 feet in the air so it doesn't really matter. Glad I didn't pay more.
