Company does not respond
Got the wrong color, tried to instantly communicate with your company and received zero communication. I now have a roll of green carpet that is of no use to me.
Scam company, never received any items
Not a single item from my order was delivered. I selected expedited shipping and despite the company not being able to make the deadline I said I needed items by they still printed the order anyways instead of telling me first they would not meet the deadline. So the event I ordered this for came and went but what's worse is I still never received any of the items from this order. They were never shipped and I was never refunded.
Exactly what we were looking for!
We needed a red carpet for our fundraising event and wanted a 4ft x 10ft red carpet that we could use for future events as well. Best of Signs had the best price for a custom sized red carpet. It was well made with a finished edge and quality rubber backing to keep it in place. It also shipped quickly. I highly recommend their products!

It's a red carpet and that's what we needed
It's a basic red carpet and it did its job. We used it in front of our step and repeat so guests could walk the red carpet and get their photo taken.

Although delivery was partial and delayed, partially, all arrived and were as described. Could use a more precise printing process, but still a good job.
Deceiving website pictures
I wanted soo much to love my red carpet runner for my 55th birthday celebration. But unfortunately, the website pictures are NOT actual representations of what I received. The color is lighter and the carpet is not as heavy as pictured and the pile is different. It's a rug and awkward to deal with so I won't be returning it. Please don't do this to another customer and ruin their event space...take better / actual pictures of your product for your website.

Minor Issue
The carpet was a little wrinkled and I ordered the square cornered one, but received the rounded corner. I won't complain, it will work.

This floor runner is very thin. Not sure how long it will last. Might have to tape down the corners to keep it from curling. The upside of its thinness is that it's easy to transport. Would probably have ordered from somewhere else, though had I known how small it is.
