Never received product; requested refund and have not received reply
The mock up were not in line with what I was looking for and the communication was confusing
I ended up having to cancel the order because the mock ups were very different than what I ordered and I was confused by the design teams communication on how to fix the issue.
Wasting my time
I feel like I'm wasting my time and still haven't received a confirmation, even though I've provided a high-quality PSD format of my lettering. I keep getting revision emails and no product... why?

Price right, but attention to detail failed
I ordered cut white vinyl of PickleballFunwear. Com and the price was right, however, the "i" in Pickleball was upside down (the sticky side was toward the transfer paper and the "k" in Pickleball had a scrunch of the vinyl where the middle of the "k" met. I smoothed it out on the rear window of my truck the best I could.
