JUST WHAT I WANTED!

Great product, terrible service
I paid for expedited service and the order arrived 5 days late. I sent multiple messages to customer service and received no response. The product was exactly what I wanted, but the service was unacceptable.
A nightmare that could have been avoided
I came to Best of Signs a customer for the 3rd year because in the past 2 years I was able to get prompt quality promo material in a timely manner for my annual festival, but there must have been a change in owners or management this year because all I can say is this whole experience has been a nightmare. I designed & ordered several promo products in May that I still have not received and it is now June weeks away from my event and I still have yet to receive them. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive that as well. I literally had to call the company every 3 to 4 hrs before getting someone that could approve a refund and was told I would need to wait 5 to 7 days before receiving. Last but certainly not least the recording you hear that talks about prompt courteous service where you are promised a proof within 24 to 48 hour is a lie... run don't walk the other direction when you see this company's advertisements.

Great Customer Service
I had a standard size PDF document that I needed to have enlarged to poster size. It needed adjustments as it was very fuzzy when enlarged. Their team did an awesome job making it look like I wanted and it arrived two days earlier than expected!
