I had kniw idea if what i was doing, but I knew what I wanted my design to look like. The customer service person connected me with their design team and immediately knew what I needed my decal look like once applied to my vehicle. The only negative was they forgot to send me the details on how to apply the decal to it's surface. However, it was delivered 4 days before the estimated time and packaged very well. 'm disappointed. Based on this
'm disappointed. Based on this invoice, I was supposed to receive my product on the 27th and I paid extra for that because of my fear of receiving it later in the event of an error. As feared there has been an error: the following only consisted of 1 not 2 as I ordered and paid for. I'm supposed to be in a parade on the 4th of July in my decorated vintage car and now I only have one of these stickers for one side of the car as it was supposed to be on each door. To sum up, I paid extra to receive package on June 27th not the 28th. I have only received one of the decals I've highlighted below. I did not receive all of what I paid for and I fear my entry into the parade will leave my automobile unfinished. By the way, the shame in this is that even if you get this out now, neither FedEx nor UPS deliver in my small town on Saturdays. Uploading graphics was very difficult; uploaded multiple times and company claims they did not receive them. Stickers look good. The XXL shirts received are the same size as the L shirts we have. Way undersized, unusable. Made a change both in writing and over the phone and it was still mixed up. Several people working on the same project not knowing what each other is doing.
