Flags for the vehicle were awesome, flag poles not so much
Recently I purchased a couple of flags for a trip in a vehicle with some friends. I customized the flags, and they turned out awesome, within an hour of our trip, both flag poles had broken in half, and the flags were gone. It was very disappointing and not the way I wanted the trip to start off. When we got back, I contacted the Best of Signs and explained what had happened, hoping for a refund. The only thing they offered was a credit to be used later or they would resend my original order, I don't have faith that the poles will hold up any better a second time, but I had them resend my order anyways. If you are going to offer flags for vehicles, you got to make sure the poles will hold up.
Good Quality, Poor Design
The flags looked great. Fabric was very sturdy. Major design flaw, the flags slide and bunch up at the top while driving. The only time you can see the flag is when stopped and only after it is pulled back down.
Wanted to love but doesn't hold up and customer service is lacking
I wanted to love these. The design turned out great and I was super excited when we got them! The construction of the double sided sign is great. Where it's lacking is construction to the pole. It needs heavier-duty string. After our first ride it started unraveling. Also, it isn't stiff enough to stay looking like a flag- it bunches up at the top of the pole and you can't see the image. Either the material around the pole needs to be different or there needs to be a solid insert sewn into the flag itself. There's potential but it isn't there.

Family Reunion Game Changer
Our family reunion always brings in a lot of people, this is our 24th (bi-annual), but it was hard to keep up with everyone as we traveled around, losing each other. So, I thought flags would help keep us visual of one another. I decided to try it out and see how it does on the highway. It did well, however, because I have rain guards, it left a space in-between and I lost my 1st one, so I had to brace down my 2nd one with some twine, but on the car without rain guards, it held up on the highway. So, I know I'll have a roll of twine for family members who also have rain guards. All and all, I believe other motorist when seeing a line of flags with out of state tags would be a little more courteous. This is indeed a game changer. If I had of thought of it, I would in small letters at the bottom put 2025 KCMO. These can be reused for our next reunion.
Still waiting
The first flags I received were awesome. I therefore made a re-order on May 18th. It is June 9th and I thought I'd receive 7 more flags by now. Nothing has arrived. My stars for product are 5+. I don't know about this delay in receiving them.
Looks nice but needs improvement
The custom designs came out great. It took some time to get edits corrected by the design team, but they were able to fix it to my liking. The flags look great but the piece that holds the flag to the pole isn't made well. When the wind blows, the flag crumbles and gets jumbled up. I have to constantly manually adjust it which defeats the purpose of a waving flag on a car. The small plastic circle on the bottom of the flag continues to slide up and down the pole and you can't even see the flag properly. If this piece was built differently it would make the flag work properly and flow and wave in the wind.
The flags were suppose to be delivered on 16 for a wedding and did not arrive untill 21 we paid for
We have not bothered to ask for our money back BECAUSE we probabbly wont get it back! We will NEVER order from you EVER and will not give you a good review You ruined the wedding flag surprise!
They are perfect and just as discribed.
These are perfect for what we needed. They are sorta transparent but still can read message perfectly. Great for the wind.

Flags are outstanding. First order
Flags are outstanding. First order was delivered quickly. Second order was processed quickly but unfortunately there was a delay in TN with customs or something that has delayed them. Something out of the control of the company will just have to plan for delays in shipping to be safe going forward.
