Very smooth process. They worked with me to make sure I knew what to expect and assisted me with making sure the resolution and colors were going to be what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and the sign looks great! I'll get to use it for the first time this weekend and really looking forward to it!

Stay Away! Unacceptable
Ordered a banner in plenty of time to receive for our event. Received comments from their design team asking for a higher resolution graphic. Sent the graphic in, never heard anything. Event came and went - no banner. Called and they asked if I wanted the graphic put in the file notes. Then got a phone call asking me to check the status of my order. Stays showed "complete." It is now a month since ordering still no banner. When you are getting a banner to honor an 89 yr old, you can't redo. Totally unacceptable.
