Our sign turned out perfectly. It was centered and all of the holes we requested for the standoffs were in the correct places.

The company was great about
The company was great about providing the proof and suggestions of how my items would come. I ordered two acrylic signs. The quality of the print /cut isn't fantastic, I would say they're 7/10.
Communication was very poor It
Communication was very poor It took to long to make my sign When calling the design team had to get some one to call me back EVERY TIME I call and of course no one called me back I was told some one will call you back in 2-3 hours no call after three weeks of going back ward and forward and getting a partial refund back which did not make a difference at this point I was so upset Now when I did receive my sign he's is it very petty but now and waiting on the wall mounts now so I can hang it up. I really don't like my experience with this company design team my over all product is nice however it is a no for me prospering from this company again.

The print did not come out how I had planned
I submitted a recent ticket reaching out to customer service about the sign not being printed the way that I had hoped. Please have a member of the customer service team contact me regarding this matter.
Did not send the product I ordered
I ordered clear acrylic signs and was sent opaque acrylic. Two of the signs arrived scratched and overall they just look cheap and are not the professional look I was going for. In the proofing process, there was a note on my artwork that said they would suggest the opaque, but I did not approve that change and my order still showed the clear, so I am not sure where the breakdown in communication happened. I have been trying to get in contact, but the email inbox says it is full, so resolving the issue has been quite tricky. I wanted to love this company and the signs I ordered, but I don't, and I am very disappointed after having spent over $2000.

Great initial service, but disappointed in the end.
We ordered 3 types of signs, the logo turned out great, the map is a little fuzzy but doable, but the floorplans are so blurry. It looks like the image was layered over itself twice but not lined up clearly. I have reached out twice and no response. We also did not receive enough standoffs to hang everything.
Terrible experience so far.
I submitted images of obvious damage and the CS team is making me jump thru hoops to get a response.

The acrylic signs that I ordered to match an existing display came out great. They perfectly match the old ones and you cannot tell that the second batch came from somewhere else, almost a decade later.

I wanted a smoked acrylic and received a white one instead. I was very disappointed
