My girlfriend ordered a candle and was unknowingly signed up into monthly subscription. They take $49.99 monthly and $2.99 at compete random intervals. She has tried multiple times to cancel but on the one occasion out of literally hundreds of phone calls that someone actually answered, she was told they could not find her account. They have no problems taking money from our bank account however. This is beyond ridiculous. We are on the process of taking legal measures to have these random charges stopped.
After reaching out again for help I basically was given the option of a 1/2 refund and 1/2 off another order. I asked them to send me a new ring and was told they do not have extras. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. And I wanted to order more for them to start a family tradition for girls. Not gonna happen now.
The candles smelt okay, not the worst smelling, not the best. I ordered two candles. One for my mom one for me. I got one tropical and one sunset. We unboxed them and I was disappointed by the lack of marking on the candle to show us where it was. You could tell on mine since it wasn't all the way covered but we had to guess about where my mom's was. We melted my mom's down first and revealed a lovely looking $25 ring. Then we decided to melt mine down. It only took a couple of hours (and digging the ring out since I'm impatient) to get my ring. I wasn't expecting a super nice expensive ring but what I did get was disappointing to me. The exact same ring as my mom's. I find this very dumb (for lack of a better word) that this would happen. I would be extremely upset if I had ordered two candles for myself and got the exact same ring in both. I will not be returning to Bella Candles if I ever by another one of these type of candles. I'm just glad I ordered them on sale.
Bella Candles, unlike Mia Bella Candles, is not a subscription service.
You buy a candle of your choice (Ring or Earring) regardless of the scent and after the candle burns down you find you sterling silver jewelry worth varying prices.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the beautiful ring I found inside.

A lot of people are on here complaining about Mia Bella candles but this is review page for Bellacandles which are two different companies altogether Mia Bella candles charged a monthly membership Bella candles do not there is one price for each product there is not a reoccurring price and Bellacandles is getting a bad rep because of it I hope this helps some people out
My wife ordered one candle from them two months ago. They have been charging us $49.99 a month for being a member of their "Club"! We never signed up for a club.
Cherry paradise almost makes me sick, smells awful!
I have been waiting for almost two weeks. I want to check where my candle is with my number I was given! But the sight keeps saying wrong email, when its clearly not bc we printed the receipt! These better be the best candle in the world for all the troubles! Its just insane, I have tried to call twice AND just sent an email on there sight to try to figure out what's going on, not ONE phone call back. I believe I even PAID FOR FASTER SHIPMENT bc they were on sale so I said why not. NOW never again unless they reimburse me for the extra I paid. AND I promise I will not order from them again I heard the smell isn't that good now that I bought it. I am telling u if im disappointed after all this. I will never go back and I WANT my money back. I didn't just buy one or to candles. Has anyone else had this issue? They had better get back to me.

IMO their candles leave much to be desired. I get a better scent throw from the candles that I get from Wally World for $5, I even make candles with a stronger scent throw. It burned Uneven and the wick kept falling over, even after I trimmed it, several times. They sent me an email asking me to write a review of the candle and I did but still not posted on their website. When I looked at the other reviews for that candle, there was only 3x 4 star ratings and the rest were all 5 star reviews, I find that hard to believe! I think they screen the reviews and only allow ones they want posted. I signed up for the free candle and after just 2 weeks (only 1 week after receiving it) they charged my card $49.99 already. I was under the impression that I had a month to cancel before being charged for a "Monthly shipment" so now I have a dispute open with my CC company against them and I sent an email to *******@bellacandles.com to cancel my account, as per their instructions on how to cancel that was in the terms when I signed up for the Free candle. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
I never really cared about candles - but WOW! These bellacandles are AMAZING! I bought my mom two for christmas and now we're signed up to the bellacandles club. Our house has never smelled this good and we've been very lucky with the jewlery! I've gotten so many compliment for my ring!
Some one tell me they got their money back? I have been charged twice and now I can't pay my rent do to I am on ssi because of disability. Please if anyone can help me. I never authorized this at all. I am go to call the attorney generals office for sure. Pray they help.
I am so frustrated over this entire situation, this company fraudulently charged my credit card after a month and a half of my canceling of my subscription of Bella Candles, the charge of $49.99 put my account into a negative balance, therefore I was charged a $35 OD fee, after trying to get in touch with this company for several days, sending e~mails, several phone calls leaving my information, along with Facebook messages, my bank now has charged my account an additional $15 OD fee, they charged this after the account has been in a negative status for 5 consecutive days. This was caused by thier fraudulent activity against my account, I have been advised by my bank branch manager to file fraud charges against this company to recuperate the fraudulent charges along with the bank fees. I have been advised to bring their information along with my original e~mail, dated 12/06/2014 that proves I canceled my subscription, this also will involve the filing of a police report... this company owes my bank the amount of $50.00 for the two OD fees that they caused against my personal bank account due to their fraudulent activity, I also fully intend to spread the word of this company's fraud behavior along with filing a report against your company with the BBB... I have been put through enough from this situation that they have created... BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO... IT NEVER STOPS!
Im having the same issues with the "club". I've gotten an email stating that I signed up for the club back in December and that's why I got charged 49.99 on my card this month. If I am a member of their club then why is my email not in their records so that I can sign in and cancel? Why is there no number to call? Why don't I have previous emails? Yes I got the promotional candle for a friend but I'm not in their files until it's time to charge my account obviously
Do not sign up for the "free" candle where you only pay shipping! Big SCAM. You can't access you're account to cancel from the "club" no one answers phone, email address come back invalid, negative comment ea deleted off Facebook and mess raged them throgh Facebook too. My ability to message or post to them wa blocked. They will not telling me how to cancel! I've spoke to others and they had same problem and are getting $40 charges for monthly candles
I ordered my candles two weeks ago and still no sign of them. In my account with them it states unfulfilled status. Yet, no answer at the phone # listed on their page. I am reporting them to the BBB and calling my bank and reporting as fraud. Something is fishy!
I order the candles two weeks ago and they still have not shipped. I wrote a really bad review of them on face book. I called them about it and they said it would ship this week, so far no shipping information. I thought it wud make a good gift for my sister. Now it seems to be a Christmas gift if I get it at all.
Wish I could give this company a negative star review. First they offered a pre oreder sale and told everyone it would be a while to ship. Took them nearly 2 months to get the candles too me! This isnt including everyone else who ordered candles. Upon recieving my candles (after waiting 2 months nearly) I only recieved 3 of the 4-----One of which is broke and of course it is the only big candle I bought. The box was medium sized and just had the candle boxes thrown into it----No packing materials what so ever! So I left a comment on their facebook, messaged them and emailed the company. Of course they deleted it! I will never shop this site and plan on letting everyone know how shady they are! I am not the only one who has had issues with this company-they just ignore everyone and have no customer service and delete instead of fixing things. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site and these folks!

Answer: Try facebook. That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
