DISAPPOINTED

Got the wrong scented candle and it came earrings not a ring, when I contacted customer service I was informed that the scent I ordered was out of stock, so instead of contacting me, they had both my phone number and email, they sent me a scent of their choosing, another representative of the company contacted me telling I was incorrect and what they sent me is what I order, that makes me even angrier that she is trying to lie rather then fix the problem.

The rigs Ive found DO NOT have a code. The 1st ring is already showing the copper underneath the fake silverplate only after 5 wearings!

I ordered 3 Bella candles online during a special where I got them for 9.99 a piece. I was super excited about finally being able to order some.( my friend told me about them a couple years ago n said they were great. Only took me two years lol). I ordered three different candles. After I ordered them i decided to look up the reviews on this company, because there was really no customer service. I saw all the bad reviews n got worried n wondered if I made a big mistake. Then I finally received my tracking information n spoke to post office to confirm that they were indeed on their way. It only took a couple days n my candles were finally here! I opened the box surprise to find 3 really nice boxes very well packaged and in those 3 boxes were 3 candles not broke not a thing wrong with them. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the candle and boy did they smell great! I started to burn the candles immediately anxious to get to the rings inside. When I finally got to them ( after a little help from me) I got to the rings to find 3 nice, real silver rings. Needless to say I'm 150% satisfied and definitely plan on ordering again.

I'm one to not read fine print and didn't realize that when I ordered a candle I would be charged 50.00. I got this huge box with two candles and a thing of waxes and a beautiful scented bar of soap (which by the way is so nice on your hands). I called and explained to the lady that I received it but one candle had been shattered, she explained to me that I had signed up for the every month. She gave me two choices, I kept the box of stuff and give me 1/2 refund or return the box and get 100% refund. Well I decided to keep the box and they mailed me a free candle for the one that had broken. I got the money back within days. She was so helpful. When I have more money I will order again. The earrings and rings I've gotten are very nice.

Allergic reaction

I had ordered a lavender candle and they sent me a vanilla one. No emails to let me know they were out so they sent me what they had. My wife is allergic to vanilla. She smelled it and her throat closed up and her hand broke out in hives thank god my wife had an epi pen otherwise my 5 year old would have wached my wife die while I was out on business

Love bella candles

When you sign up for the I initial free candle you agree to the monthly fee (in the fine print, read it). But after you recieve your candle, cancel the subscription and you are still able order whenever you want. You cannot pick your ring size on the candles that are cheaper but you can the others. Wish people would read the fine print of things instead of complaining. These candles smell amazing!

DON'T BUY

I'm sorry that I used two words. I am kind of addicted to these rings in candles-type companies, even though I've not been happy with the scents and only received 3/10 decent rings. HOWEVER, I saw a company called Bella Candles that had low prices ($9.99 vs at least $24.99). THANK GOODNESS, I read the reviews (and I also know a person who had the misfortune of buying from this company). PLEASE ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS! The people who bought from this company had problems ranging from never getting their candles, to getting broken glass candles, to having this company enroll them in auto-shipping by taking out $49.99 every 1-2 months from their credit cards! The BBB gives Bella an F on it's site. I'm actually surprised that Bella doesn't get rid of all the awful reviews-they probably can't. I WAS going to buy from Bella, but I've learned from bad mistakes in the past to read the reviews, to check Sitejabber and other websites, and to check the BBB ratings.

Okay for one thing people nothing is free and I am not trying to be mean but there is always a catch to a free item. When you buy a house you read the fine print, well read the fine print on everything and anything that is free. I myself ordered 2 candles and I was very happy with both candles and both rings. Both rings I have been wearing now for 2 days and no green fingers here, plus they both have the. 925 on the inside which means sterling silver.So ordered one for my daughter's Birthday and another for me and they will be here in a couple days. I communicate with an associate almost on a daily basis from this company and she is a sweetheart, and I don't even know her name but when I message her she always gets back with me within about an hour if not sooner on any questions I have.So as for me I am very happy with the service, my candles so far they smell great, and both my rings.(ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT ALWAYS, YOU DO FOR ANYTHING YOU BUY ONLINE), So saying that I myself think this is the buyers fault for not reading and not the companies fault, thank you BellaCandles.com I am one happy customer... There was a mix-up with my order I noticed it on my order confirmation. I emailed Bella candles and looked up their number to call and try to fix it. They had to give me a refund which was posted to my account today. So I'd say good service there as it was only 3 days from contact to refund. I ordered 2 more candles today and I will post again when I receive and burn my candles.

I emailed them to see if I could get my ring size and they told me no they only send out advrage ring sizes. My ring is HUGE! It has to be a like a 12. It almost fits my big toe. Why would I want a ring that I can't wear? Never buying again.
