First off, I absolutely adore Bella Candles. The scents are not only amazing, they make my entire room smell like whichever one I choose to burn! My most recent experience started with a broken in transit candle. I contacted the support team, and within a matter of 2 hours and a couple of pictures, I had a new candle on the way... and they didn't even ask that I return the broken one! Thank you for all of your help and your courteous customer service representatives!
Stunning jewelry and ahhmazing scents. I love using the wax as a massage oil and as a moisturizer since you can do that cause the wax is 100% organic soy :) candles burn for a good while and make the room smell very pleasant.

I have to say, I am just amazed at how quick the email response is with this company. I had a few questioned when I first ordered and was a lil skeptical because there was no phone number to call but after seeing how quick they are with email response and how great and patient they were answering all my very many questions, I highly recommend this company! When I got my order, one of my candles came broken. I was upset, and quickly contacted the company. With in no more than 2mins, I got an email response. After sending a few pictures to prove the candle was in fact busted, they said they would send me a new one of whatever candle i choose. I have never had such great costumer service with any other company o have felt with. Bella candles is amazing and there product is great!
I love the candles and whole familyoves finding the ring and checking the value. This is not how us works now I miss that part. I also find them to have lots of black soot. I have to be very vigilant about keeping wick trimmed and on many have keep moving wick into the center. It does take some work but with all that I still love the smell of them and finding rings fun.
Bella candles are great candles the scents are long lasting and smell awesome. Their customer service is also great they reply to emails with 24 hours or 1 business day. I have also loved all the rings that I have received in my candles the only thing that I would like better is if you could pick the size ring you receive because I have large fingers but otherwise they are my favorite jewelry candle company

They could have done a little better with costume service and sending out my
Replacement candle due to mine coming in smashed but I think that was due to having to many people handling that issue and no one put the ticket in until the last person I spoke to almost 3 weeks later. Now I'm just waiting on this order to give you my overall opinion.
Horrible company to do business with! Products are not up to the standards represented. My order came and the entire bottom of the jar was shattered! Tiny pieces of glass went everywhere when I opened the box. Additionally, they refused to refund my money on the next shipment after I canceled my club membership even though that shipment was listed as unfulfilled. I will be disputing this with my credit card company! Will not order again!
My wife has ordered many candles from Bella Candles. This last purchase came broken. Bella replaced them with on good candle and one broken. Customer service gave her a song and dance. I ordered 4 candles, 2 coming here in north carolina and 2 to tennessee for my mom for mothers day. One of my moms candles arrived here(360 miles away) the other has not arrived. Customer service saw the problem, said oh my and said they would have to call me back. 24 hours later and no call. I spoke with another customer service person. Same response oh my, but this time he asked to email a photo of candle and invoice. How stupid is this when you have proof of delivery. Your candles may smell nice but they are not nice enough to try and rip you off. However it appears you are not above trying to rip off your customers. To all looking to buy from bella candles... buyer beware!
The three candles I got are for my daughters. They will be given as gifts. I have been satisfied with the process. Would like to get more, but if I could get the next one for 50% I would be happy.
I received my Bella candle today, I was so exited to find my "prize" inside.
And finally not only did I waste 95% of the candle to dig to the bottom, but I opened my "sealed" packaging and there was wax inside the sealed wrapper.
So I continue to open the package just to find the extremely cheap $0.50 ring that looks like it came from a kiddy claw machine, but the ring only fits on my pinky finger!
Now what kind of average woman has such small hands they can wear an itty bitty ring.
This was absolutely ridiculous! There is NO way this ring is worth $10.
I will NEVER buy anything from this site again, and I will also tell everyone I know that this was an absolute huge disappointment!
I unfortunately received a damaged candle in the mail. I imediately went to the website to look for help and at the bettom of the page a chat box came up. It was Jay. He instantly replied to my concerns. Told me what to take ppictures of and right then and there began processing a replacement candle! :) he managed to make me feel like continuing their monthly candle club!
I love all the candals you have. Each one I have enjoyed the smell and the fun of having a ring or earrings is a kind of fun I had as a kid with opening cracker jacks for the great product and the added surprise inside. Thank you for all the excitement you provide with each purchase.
I'm glad that I am buying these candles. They make my whole house smell good. I will tell you this that you do need to buy some. Rings are vey nice. The candles make good gifts.
I joined the club about a year ago. 49.99 a month never said anything about the other 4.99 that they also charge. When I got my candles yes most of them smelled fantastic a few came in smashed (Still waiting for replacements.) but the rings are a piece of junk. They turned my finger green those that I could wear anyway. A few I gave to my 10 year old granddaughter her finger also turned green. When I contacted customer service I was told those were trial candles and soaps and the rings in them were not silver just junk. The next 6 candles had the exact same ring in it. Most of the codes could not be found on the silver rings that I did receive. Will never order from them again. Buyer Beware...
Tip: if you're unfortunate enough to buy any discounted "bundle" of candles, make sure to "unsubscribe" IMMEDIATELY after receiving the candles to avoid being automatically charged 50 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH AFTERWARD. This company has proven to be entirely devoid of ethical conduct; they are con-artists preying on consumer ignorance, and even tried to LOG INTO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT (unsuccessfully) after providing my complaint and information to their customer service/support. DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM!
PS: The three rings within the candles that I ended up having to pay close to $100 for were all way too big for female fingers and look cheap.
I absolutely LOVE Bella Candles! The candles ate amazing and the jewelry is always beautiful! I am someone who appreciates good customer service, and Bella Candles have always gone above and beyond in the customer service area. The candles are what brought me to this company, but it's the customer that has kept me a loyal customer. Thank u Bella Candles!

Answer: Try facebook. That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere... they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook... I think I left a negative review on facebook too
