I ordered on May 18 and it supposedly shipped on 5/27. I have sent several emails and NO ONE has replied. It's June 26th. I will never recommend or purchase from this company again. My order was for lip gloss totaling$46.00. The only thing they did promptly was take my money.
I purchased an order on May13,2020 for 54.75, I never got my order, I emailed at least a hundred times, I called both their numbers listed and just got an answering machine. I left numerous messages and never got a response. I had to file with the BBB and the Attorney General as well as with my Credit Card Company and after about 2 months or more, I got my money back and at this date, the Attorney General is investigating them. This is a bogus site and 'any' positive reviews as bogus!
Buyer beware, this is possibly out of China, and you may or may not receive merchandise, no way to communicate with them, you wait and hope they will contact you, I did not receive any thing, plus they have my credit card number
If I could give a rating on 0 stars I would. I placed an order for $198 worth of hair products on 5/10. The confirmation stated that fulfillment takes 1 day and orders shipped in 2 to 3 days.
As of 6/6 I still had not received my order. When I inquired about this, I was directed to an app called "Shop" which tracks orders. My order appeared there and the status was "shipped" but no tracking number or ship date was provided.
The site stated "Have a problem with your order? Please contact us at *******@beautypricematch.com"
I sent an email on 6/7, I provided the order number, I requested a response in 72 hours. Crickets.
Fortunately, my credit card company issued me a full refund. They also recommended that I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I order my product on May 26th today 6/18/2020 no product yet. No email answer the phone is just voice mail. When you try to track your product they tell you to download an app to be able to track it I couldn't get it to work. I contacted my credit card and I'm disputing the charge. Maybe that is why the prices are to good to be true.
Ordered 2 hair products 1 and 1/2 months ago $ 85.00. I have been emailing and calling zero response. So this leads me to believe not a legit company. So sad to be so dishonest.
I ordered on May 20,2020 - they said they shipped the items on May 28,2020 (why would it take 8 days to ship?)... Here it is June 9,2020 and still no product has been delivered - If no product has arrived by June 12,2020 I'll ask my Credit Card Co. To reverse the charges. Unlikely to ever shop here again!
I placed an order for Smooth Sulfate-free Argan And Coconut Shampoo 33.8 Oz on May 13,2020. To date, I have not received my order. Their customer service number does not answer and you're not able to leave a message. I emailed them several days ago and I have not heard back. On the receipt I received after placing my order, I clicked on "Track Order with Shop". It asked for my cell phone number. When I entered my phone number, it sent a link to my phone that read, "Track your order every step of the way in the Shop app: https://avay.app.link/e/bXWmZ80ub7. When I downloaded the app, you have to sign in with Google and have your cell phone cookies turned on. Since the cookies on my phone are disabled, I wasn't able to track my order. So I turned on my cookies and clicked on the app Shop. A message was displayed that by clicking on the link, the company will have access to my personal information. I could have misread the message but at this point, I was starting to feel uncomfortable and stopped. Of all the years of ordering online, I never was asked to download an app to check the status of my order so this company sounds fishy to me. Go to Amazon instead and pay a little more for great customer service. FYI, I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and they gave me a refund.
I ordered 3 Lancôme creams from Beauty Price Match on June 1st, 2020.
They took the money from my card, but I haven't heard from them yet. No follow up, no notifications of shipment or merely of getting the shipment ready.
I sent them three emails asking for the update on the status of my shipment and received no reply. After reading other reviews regarding Beauty Price Match, I'm afraid I'm a victim of theft... Below is a copy of my order - the only communication - so far - from this company.

They charged my CC immediately after I entered my order. After weeks of calling and e mailing them for an order status update I received zero replies and zero product. DON'T BE FOOLED BY A FANCY WEBSITE. IT IS ALL FAKE
After I placed an order for chantilly toilette, I read several bad reviews and was prepared to write it off as a loss. I just received my order on time, in perfect condition and it was priced significantly less than other sites.
This website is a complete scam. I ordered 2 of the same product which came out to 88$, and ONLY RECIEVED ONE! Not only that but the one I recieved was not the one that was advertised on their website. They ripped me off 44$ and I have not been able to contact them at all. I'VE TRIED 6 TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY! THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME! I AM EXTREMELY FURIOUS.
Surprised by these reviews. I ordered May 18, received May 22. Only complaint, no answer to my email and on-line chat did not work.
Ordered $87.00 perfume back in March and heard it was on Its way April 7. I know Covid happened but no communication. It's Memorial Day weekend, still no communication. I am out 87.00$! If I could give a negative star, I would. I feel sad, disappointed. Why do people have to be so?

Bought a hair product $46.00 never received no way to contact except email weeks to respond they said will check on it... emailed a few more times again said we will check on it. Never heard anything else
I ordered Aramis After Shave Balm 4.1 oz. For $35.00 and I received Aramis Moisturizing Balm 3.4 oz. (cost $11.00). This company does not answer their phone or respond to any emails. They are a group of SCAMMERS. A company called FrangranceX mailed the product to me. They claim they know nothing about the mixup.
Wish I would have checked this site before ordering. I placed an order on 02-14-2020 and was charged $209+ on 02-15-2020. I tried contacting them 02-21 and 02-22 via email w/no response and calling, their voice mail has not been initialized. On 02-26-2020 received notice they shipped the item. When trying to track they provided no shipping information to Arrive. As of today, 03-17-2020, nothing received.
Will be disputing charges with Bank. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
