I had ordered A pair of UGGS for myself for my birthday two weeks ago and my boots arrived this morning. Was very hesitant from ordering from this site from all the bad reviews and didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say when I called customer service and a few days ago to see when my order would arrive as I still didn't have a tracking number the representative was very helpful and letting me know my shipment will be sent out tomorrow. My boots arrived here today and they're perfect. They're great. Will definitely order again as they have great prices.

I was wondering if it was a legit store because the deals were like 25-40 dollars cheaper than I had found on other online store so I was a little hesitant when the reviews were bad. But my experience was flawless and my shoes arrived within a week (shopped Black Friday sales). I would definitely return to this website! Also worth noting that I'm writing this because they don't deserve a 2 star rating.

Like all the other positive reviews, I was very skeptical purchasing shoes from this website... simply because the negatives far outweighed the positive reviews. However, after reading the recent good experiences people had I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did! I got this special collection shoe for my younger sister and it is exactly as described. I must say I have never ever in my life left a review for a product but I felt that Basso deserved better recognition. Immediately after ordering I received a email confirmation and the charge was only pending in my account.

Basso has some really great deals at great prices! Shipping is fast, and the quality is great. Vast selection on name brand shoes and awesome discounts.

Basso is an excellent way to shop for shoes without leaving my house. The variety of shoes is varied and offers a lot of options. I also like the price of the shoes as well as the quality.

I will continue to order these with Basso, I think am on my 3rd pair as they are probably the most comfortable from all the big brands.
Excellent support and nice bouncy feel that makes you never want to take these off. Great for all around flip flops, perhaps not so good n the beach as they don't fare that well in salt water. These are pretty much my all season house shoes.
Fits great and is very sturdy in terms of top and sole separation - never had any issues.

I am always hesitant to buy shoes on line. Will they fit? Will they be comfortable? Well i did order with Basso and I have not taken them off since they arrived. I wear an 11 1/2 and that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly. As for wear, I cannot tell, but they look like they will hold up as well as other Merrells that my feet been happy enough to own. I am a happy camper.

After hearing so much about this brand I decided to but a pair for my husband for his birthday. At first he was like "another pair of shoes" yes this is my go to gift for the man that has everything lol. But he slipped them on and wore them all evening and said "it's like I am wearing nothing" He loves them so much I have caught him already at BASSO CO looking for other colors

I'm a lazy shoe shopper. I don't like buying them and with the pandemic going on, it just made it easier for me to avoid buying new shoes. But I only had one pair of shoes that I wore everyday for over a year. So I really, really needed new shoes. My moms' podiatrist had suggested this brand to me years ago. So I finally decided to try them. Great decision. I've started walking for my health and with the other shoes, my feet hurt ALL day. Now with these, so much support and comfort. I'm happy I finally bought new shoes. My feet are too. I fell like they run true to fit. I have a wide foot so I typically buy a 9 when I really wear a 8.5. I was able to get the 8.5 wide with these. These are beautiful shoes that will go with everything! The fit is TRUE to size. I usually wear an 8 1/2-9. I ordered a size 9 because I figured I could always wear a slightly thicker pair of socks if needed. The sizing fits me very well... and I only needed a slightly thicker pair of socks. If you wear the laces all the way to the top hole... they will fit fine whether wear and 8 1/2 OR 9. I absolutely LOVE THESE SHOES. These shoes did not need to be broken in... they are COMFORTABLE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!

Great shoe to have for daily run. Lightweight and comfortable. They fit excellently and have perfect cushion for my running style.

Absolutely love these wedgies! I ordered the sand color and they are adorable! My only problem being I have one foot slightly larger than the other and I am wondering if they are the right size or not! I am so pleased that they are so nice! I my have to get them in another color! Fast delivery and reliable services!

Very comfortable shoe for the walking. I am on my feet all day and I severely flat feet. I didn't feel pain at all after working with a 12 hour shift. This is the most comfortable pair of the them all. Very cushiony on the insoles. It took only 5 days to be delivered. Thank you Basso!

Lightweight, lots of detailed knit material to cheap man made leather executed. Inside not neatly made. Could improve guality for the asking price. Stamped print on d side wrongly stamped.
It's a wanna be cool sneaker, but failed to deliver. VERY SAD. MIGHT NEED ORTHOTICS TO PROTECT ARCH & HEEL.

Do Not order anything bc it's like the lottery: you may get it, it may take three months, or you might get a completely different thing than you ordered. Customer service is a joke. So is their "concerned department". Why did I not see this site prior to purchase. Ordered the jacket but got some jeans. This site wouldn't accept the photo of the jeans they sent me instead.

Love the vibrant color and fit! I usually take a 8.5 but bought a size 9 and they fit great! Ordering another pair in a different color

Ordered a pair of sandals that I paid almost $50 for Took about 3 weeks to get here which I expected since they are coming from China but was disappointed when I got my package to find that The shoes I got were not the same as pictured And smelled like Chemicals I wouldn't pay more than $10 for these shoes Never mind almost 50

I had a very rough experience with BASSO. I was genuinely excited to receive 2 pair of shoes I ordered from them. #1 they took forever to come, about 2 months. #2 the shoes they send you are NOT the same shoes pictured on the website, they are slightly different, & not for the better. #3 the sizing is way off, one pair I ordered in a size 38... I sized up due to customer reviews saying they were cut small... they actually did fit me perfectly... however it was still not the same shoe as pictured so it was disappointing all the same.
The 2nd pair I ordered my actual size according to their sizing chart, which was a 37 & they were actually a whole size too big for me! An entire shoe size too big!
Now there sizing method is merely a sticker, that's slapped on the bottom of the shoe, so maybe they were labeled incorrectly... or who knows... a sticker slapped on the bottom doesn't provide a lot of accuracy... there is no way a size 38 in one shoe fit me perfectly... & a size 37 in another shoe was much too big... nonetheless when I contacted them, they said I could receive store credit.
Which did not work for me, because that was the smallest size available in that particular shoe I ordered... at which point after much back & forth... days of back & forth... they did say I could return the shoes & receive a refund, but I had to pay for the return shipping.
Which was ridiculously high... so today I still have the useless shoes I can't fit even a little (which were also not the same as pictured mind you but similar), & the other useless shoes that were not at all, the same as the shoes pictured.
I paid about $140 for complete trash.
They sell overpriced trash.
The sizing is all over the place, & the customer service is horrible to top it off.
This company should have provided me with a return shipping label considering the lack of accurate sizing, alongside the false advertisement.
Why should consumers pay to return something they technically never even ordered.
I paid for what was pictured, not a rendition.
Now it would be one thing if they sent what was actually pictured in the correct size I ordered & then I just didn't want it.
But to send completely different products, in completely off sizing, then tell me to pay to return it. Wow.
This company is horrible. I will never order from BASSO again.

I ordered a pair of shoes that cost me more than 80 euros, it should be in leather but i receive a pair of plastik shoes! That should cost 10 euros... I real skam, and no possibility to contact them
