Shipping delayed, communication poor
Missed the event deadline, only refunded shipping. Received lots of conflicting auto-emails that made it confusing to try to sort out what was happening to my order.

Adjustable Table Throw
Communication is awkward since its all separate email correspondence. But other than that it was fine. The product (Adjustable table throw) turned out great! Colour was correct and the quality of the material is excellent. We would definitely try wording another product.

It would be great if someone told me how this thing works. Called customer service they were quick to get me off the phone and sent link to a YouTube video with a different kind of table cover.

Worst company I've ever worked with.
We received a table banner that was misprinted. We needed this for an event, and they argued with me and said I "designed it wrong" but it was their template that was messed up. By the time they took responsibility for the issue, we missed the event deadline and had to go with no table banner. Then we were denied a refund. Terrible company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have not received my product...I was not aware that it was coming from INdia and it is stuck in customs as we speak. ONce I receive my product, if I do, I would be happy to rate it.
