Poor Packaging, Slow Delivery, Dull Print
Beyond disappointed with my wrapping paper order. It took nearly a month to receive. My delivery date changed three times. The package finally arrived damaged. The package was torn open on most of the sides. The box was flimsy and the wrapping paper wasn't protected inside. Sheets came bent and wrinkled. Also, the print was dull. And it's not really wrapping paper; feels like large sheets of regular printer paper.
I contacted customer service and I have to go through 250 sheets one by one and somehow video the impacted sheets. Further disappointment and inconvenience.
