Let's start by saying this has been my worst experience with printing a banner. I received the poorest quality of customer service from this company and I would not recommend their services!
My issues:
1. No matter what quality you upload to banner buzz site, it will say your image quality is too low.
2. My order was placed 2 WEEKS in advance prior to when I needed my banner. According to their "design team" they would "fix" the quality of my banner free of charge. Well, this fixing included changing my design TWICE to another design and taking 48hrs to fix the error THEY made. This delayed my design for 6 DAYS!
3. After delaying my banner for 6 DAYS, I had to pay rush shipping just to get my banner on time.
I will be reporting this company to the BBB!
The only positive I have to say about this company is that the product was good.
