Design team queried my logo but never attached anything. They eventually came back much later and then told me they were delivering Friday. I had already paid extra for Thursday- they would not refund me, even though it was their error

The print quality is great the speed is great and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. However we shipped it direct to our trade show location and when we took it out to hang it was very wrinkled so that was disappointing! Never had a sign come like this before.
Packaging a joke
Service was decent until you go to open your package. It's taped closed extra well with a note that says not to use a sharp object to open it. It's 2025, come up with something…. Anything to open the VERY expensive package. This process needs a revision. I'll never order Banner Buzz again for this reason.
